Perfumes you’ve smelled and thought “this is pure art.”

For me it’s got to be synthetic jungle – Frederic Malle. When I smelled it for the first time I was genuinely taken aback. It was like walking into a huge humid greenhouse full of exotic plants and trees. I had to keep smelling it because I was just amazed by the smell. I couldn’t think of a time when I’d want to wear it but just couldn’t stop smelling because it transported me to a sort of deja vu nostalgia. Maybe I’ll buy it at some point down the line but for now it’ll just be stuck on my mind.

Edit: thanks for all the cool suggestions. I’ll look into all of them, but I also want to know what makes them a work of art to YOU 🙂
