Started taking breaks from fragrances and it changed everything

Apparently, olfactory fatigue is real. Recently, I noticed that I can’t pick up on my fragrances as well and can’t appreciate them as much. So, I decided to take a break from fragrances for a week. Actually, this is already my 2nd time doing this and the results are great. My fragrances smell richer to me, I can distinguish the notes better and I enjoy my fragrances more.

If you feel like you may be suffering from olfactory fatigue, I suggest you try to abstain from fragrances for 3-7 days. For me, I think I will be taking a week off every 1-2 months. But then, what works for me may not work for you. Experiment with this and see what works for you
