Prominent Chinese luxury beauty and retail house USHOPAL Group this week announced its lead investment in the new multi-million dollar round of financing for DOCUMENTS, a high-end Chinese perfume brand.

The deal represents USHOPAL’s first equity investment in a Chinese domestic brand.

USHOPAL said the move confirms the significant position of Chinese brands within the company’s business operations. The investment also underscores the strategic deployment of Chinese beauty brands in Ushopal’s future investments.

USHOPAL said it frequently facilitates in-depth brand building communication between Chinese founders and overseas players.

USHOPAL said its investment underlines a commitment to providing DOCUMENTS with more international exposure and dialogue opportunities with global brand leaders.
